Job Opportunity – Food Science & Culinary Experts

We are looking for professionals in Food Science, Food Technology, or Culinary Arts to join our team on a full-time or part-time basis. Initially, the role will be on a contract basis, with the possibility of permanent employment.

 

Responsibilities:

• Develop pre commercial fungal meat and sea foods

• Assist in implementing a quality/HACCP system aligned with Dutch food regulations

• Support recipe development, production processes, and mechanization

• Engage in marketing activities, including outreach to food services and organizing tasting events

 

Requirements:

• Education in Food Science, Food Technology, or Culinary Arts

• Preferably experience in the food or food service industry

• Proficiency in English (Dutch is a plus)

• Hands-on, proactive, and able to multitask

• Being based in the Limburg region is an advantage

 

Practical Details:

• Location: Production and development kitchen in Venlo area

• Flexible working hours (full-time or part-time)

• Compensation based on experience

• Start date: As soon as possible

• Own mobility is beneficial
